Coach Warr is hosting an informational meeting about college athletic recruiting.  The meeting is for any student athlete and parent interested in learning more about the process and how to give your athlete the best opportunity to be recruited. 
March 12th , 6:00 PM, RMHS, Room 223
The RMFA/Booster Club meeting will follow at 7:00 PM.

Rocky Football Morning Competitions 2012!

Starting February 9, 10 teams and approximately 115 players began a program designed to build teamwork, challenge players, and make Rocky Football and themselves better!  The competition draws on participation, discipline, commitment, character, and physical strength and conditioning.  It runs 2-3 times per month from 6:30-7:15 a.m. through June 7.  (Look at Upcoming Events or CALENDAR for dates/times.) 

The competition uses a point system that includes points for attendance and participation in morning competitions, winning morning competition, playing another sport, lettering in another sport, attending/supporting spring sports, attending football camp, and for “good deeds” and actions of character.  Points will be subtracted for deeds not in the best interest of Rocky Mountain (such as infractions with alcohol or drugs) and for minor infractions such as truancies, disrespectful behavior, or grade issues.  (See the handout provided by Coach Warr for details.)

The winning team will be determind by total points earned divided by number of team members.  The leading team on April 1 receives a lunch pizza party.  The Grand Prize is a trip to Buffalo Wild Wings for wings and other stuff!

To All Rocky Football Families and Friends:

     The officers and directors of the Rocky Mountain Football Association - Booster Club generally hold board meetings on the second Monday of each month.  The purposes of meetings are to plan activities, conduct business, and discuss issues that move us toward the objective of supporting Rocky Football. 

     The meetings are open - RMFA/Booster Club membership is not required.  Anyone interested in supporting the football program is welcome to attend, especially those who may be interested in volunteering on any of our various committees!

     The next RMFA Board Meeting will be held Monday, March 12, 7:00 p.m., RMHS Career Center (across the hall from the main office)

  • Volunteer Opportunties
