Is your athlete interested in pursuing a college football career?

Here are some resources to help you prepare for the scouting and recruiting process.

1. This form MUST be completed by the Student-Athlete. Parents are encouraged to discuss options with their son, but each Student-Athlete must do the research to complete the form.
2. Take your time to research & answer the questions thoroughly.
3. Return the Form to Your Recruiting Representative.  Upon review, the form will be submitted to Coach Culig.
4. The completion of this form and the information therein is provided on an entirely voluntary basis.
